As we enter an exciting period of rapid global expansion to support new business, we are seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join us at our brand new, state of the art facility in Burbank, Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to enter into the post-production industry.


Must be exceptional at multitasking and have a working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook.

Must Have –

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Excellent telephone manner and experience managing a switchboard
  • Strong customer service skills dealing with all levels of seniority internally and externally
  • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
  • Excellent attention to detail


First impressions are key and the Front of House team represents the company. You aim to ensure visitors and employee's experiences are as enjoyable as possible. You will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors face to face and via the telephone.

As a global company, managing a busy switchboard comes hand in hand. You will answer all calls, taking messages and acting as a gatekeeper. Another key responsibility of the Front of House team is assisting the facilities manager with the management of meeting rooms and problem solving when urgent requests are made.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Greeting guests to the facility, and assisting them whilst maintaining strict security procedures
  • Answering all front of house calls and routing to the correct extension. Taking messages as required
  • Ensure reception and client facing areas are tidy and presentable
  • Assisting in taking notes for staff meetings
  • Assist with conference room bookings as requested
  • Daily housekeeping duties including taking out the trash, cleaning the kitchen appliances, loading/unloading dishwasher etc.
  • Preparing refreshments and all necessary stationery and materials for meetings
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing & photocopying as required
